"Awareness comes first, then you must take the actions needed to make a change."
'Take Time for Your Life' - Cheryl Richardson, Spiritual Life Coach
A Life Coach supports you, the client, in discovering what is already there!
You are unique - your inner gifts, and the tools you use to develop your skills - are what guide you to fulfil your achievements, and live your dreams.
In coaching we work with whats there, not what is not. The client acts on their own advice.
Think about your life garden - how would you describe it? An overrun jungle without a path in sight - creating an overwhelming sense of not knowing which way to go. Do you have the right tools (skills) to hack down (and de-clutter) the areas around you to give a clearer path? If so, which way would you go first? Your tools (skills) may be rusting away in the shed. Do you know what they are? Do you know where they ar? Look for your tools, get them out and give them a good clean!! For example could your cooking skills take you into an area where you could teach, or create a business empire?
Or, have you thought about working on your life garden, but still feel overwhelmed. Where do you start - which seeds/bulbs/plants should I grow, and where? Are the flowers you like the right ones for your environment, ie position/space/growing conditions. For example, do your relationships with family and friends thrive and blossom. Are you in the right job - does it add colour to your life? What changes would you like to make - could you start now?
If you desire to live in Paradise - whether for you that is maintaining a windowbox, or developing acres of land, The Life Garden will take you through the process to:
'Be Your Own Life Gardener'!
